"Thank you for visiting our website!  Maranatha Baptist Church is a local, independent Baptist Church in Newburgh, Indiana.  It is our desire to reach our community and it's people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Many people in our day are discouraged, depressed, angry and confused.  This is not how our Saviour intended for us to live!  There is hope in Jesus, and our burden is that the dear people in Warrick, Vanderburgh and other surrounding counties can experience a new life in Christ!  

     At MBC, you'll still hear Bible preaching that is relevant and helpful with the struggles of today.  You'll still hear soul-stirring hymns of the faith that strengthen and encourage the believer.  You'll still hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ that is still saving sinners like you and I, today.  Simply put, we are still church, and we'd love for you to be our guest!"
